Part Time Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate, plans and coordinates a variety of service functions that are related to the front desk operations and the healthcare team. These functions include, but are not limited to, scheduling patients, receive/send (clients, email, fax, and phone-calls), intake and organization of medical records, accounts maintenance, payment processing, ordering and use of administrative supplies and equipment, data entry and retailing of items. 

Job Duties/Description:
Schedules patient appointments relating to physical therapy and doctor referrals.
Handle inbound/outbound phone calls to patients discussing scheduling matters.
Prepares and sends out information packets to patients prior to their appointments.
Communicates with the Office/Billing Manager regarding patient bills and outstanding balance.
Communicate with Physical Therapists and Assistants as needed regarding appointment scheduling and patient feedback.
Wash and fold linens, and stock them in treatment rooms.
Acts as the main person for scheduling appointments, and taking payments such as co-payments, and balance due.
Complies with organizational and HIPAA policies and regulations to ensure patient care is kept confidential.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties and tasks as assigned


  • Interest or experience in a healthcare

  • Ability to effectively communicate and prioritize duties.

  • Provide friendly, quality attentive care to patients, clients, and co-workers.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Pay range: Based on experience

  • Hours: Wednesday-Friday, and fill-in. (18-24 hours per week)

    • 8am-5pm (Office Hours)


Full-time or Part-time Physical Therapist


Dadez Physical Therapy, Inc. is always accepting applications for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist.

We are an established and well respected therapist owned outpatient clinic, specializing in advanced manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercise programs that include rehabilitative exercises programs. We schedule one patient 60-45 minute appointments, allowing time for in-depth treatment and paperwork. Our clinic currently employs 4 physical therapists and 3 physical therapist assistants.

Continuing Education and Mentoring are key to the success of our patients, therapists, and our business. We offer 10+ hours/week of extensive mentoring and in-house training for the first 6 months of continuous employment. We also offer generous continuing education opportunities.

A typical weekly work schedule for our full time therapists is four 10 hour shifts, Monday thru Friday, with one day off each week. Schedules for part-time, and full-time therapists can be discussed during the interviewing process.
